The Detox Box and all its accessories* must be returned in good working condition and also in a resalable condition with an accompanied approved RA# (Return Authorization).

How long is the warranty period?

The Detox Box is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment, provided that the unit remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions.

What if The Detox Box is not free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period?

During the warranty period, our technician will repair or replace at our option, without charge. We will return all repaired or replacement products in working condition.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

  • Product that has been subjected to misuse, accident, shipping or other physical damage, abnormal operation or handling, neglect, fire, water or other liquid intrusion.
  • Product that has been damaged due to repair, alteration or modification by anyone other than our authorized service representative.
  • Product that has been damaged by the use of accessories that are not a part of The Detox Box.
  • Product whose warranty stickers or product serial numbers have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible.
  • Product returned without an approved Repair Authorization Number.
